Notice of change from “Cool Biz” to “No Ties All Year Round”

As part of our measures against global warming, our company has implemented “Cool Biz (no ties, no jackets)” from May to October every year, but from 2021, the Ministry of the Environment will not set a uniform implementation period nationwide, and will call on each individual to work in smart casual according to the weather, etc. 

Therefore, from May 1, 2025, our company will also cancel the “Cool Biz” period setting and work in smart casual (no ties, no jackets) throughout the year. 

We will work to create a more comfortable working environment, such as improving work efficiency and reducing employee stress through smart casual. 

We will strive to dress appropriately according to the time, place, and occasion, so we ask for your understanding.
