Current desired goal and its challenge.

Because high moisture resistance as automotive components, and the production cycle efficiency are required at the same time, sealing materials capable of rapid curing at ambient temperature are necessary.

Benefits of improvement

We succeeded in providing the customer with developed products that meet their needs by selecting urethane resin that has excellent curability, and also by imparting high moisture resistance through the examination of various formulations including the resin structure.
Since then our urethane material became the basic technology of the customer, and is now used as a basis of their new research and development.
